Final Fit Test


I finished!!! Today was the last day and I can't believe it's been 2 months! I plan on taking a month long break and starting up again for round 2 in October :) I didn't lose all the weight I wanted to but I also wasn't doing any type of dieting because I was breastfeeding. I am done with that now and plan on having a better diet as well as running alot more. Side note, I lost 5 inches off my body and 5 lbs. I can only imagine what round 2 will do for my body.

Day 61 Max Interval Plyo

I had Erika with me today and the workout was intense! I ate a piece of pizza before I worked out, BAD IDEA!! I thought I was going to die! But I made it through and I'm very excited for my last day tomorrow and to see the results of my final fit test!

2 days left! The last day is almost here! I am not going to reach my weight goal but I think part of it is because I have added so much muscle and I am a lot more tone!

Today I pushed myself really hard because I'm still not down to my goal weight and the deadline is Saturday! I feel better knowing that I can do a lot more pushups than I used to though!

Day 55


Today I ran the 1st Philip River's 5k in San Diego. I think im getting better on my time, however, something in my left knee was strained so I couldn't go as fast as I wanted to at the end. It was a great day tho and I feel awesome knowing there is only 1 week left of Insanity!!

Day 54 Max Interval Circuit


Today I sweated (sounds weird) more than I ever have before. I didn't have my workout partner today but still pushed myself really hard. There is only 1 week left and I haven't reached my weight goal yet :-/ Tomorrow is my 5k which I'm pretty excited about plus Core Cardio and Balance which is one of my favorite days.

Day 52 Max Cardio Conditioning and Cardio Abs

Today was great because I had Erika working out with me. It was over an hour long, so having a buddy helps a lot! There is just no break during the workout, so it's especially tiring! Oh, we ordered "I'm an Insanity Survivor" t-shirts today so we will get to wear them next week when we are done! Tomorrow is recovery day!
