Day 19 Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs







Today was ok. I was kind of tire by the end, especially for the cardio abs, but I definitely feel myself getting more tone. My current weight is 145 so that means I only have 10 pounds to go till my goal weight!!! Also, this week I will start training for a 5k coming up, and a half marathon in 3 months!
