Day 29 Core Cardio and Balance

I mixed up the numbers on my days so, if you're confused about the number of today, I messed up and didn't feel like going back and changing them all. Today started recovery week. It was 37 minutes of many different exercises, each one lasting a minute. Some of them were familiar, but others were new and intense. The main focus was form and working on the core. I worked up a good sweat and I'm ready to strengthen myself this week.
