Day 21 Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Today I worked out with my boyfriend and felt pretty good! Plus I went for a run this morning. Getting back into running is hard, especially on my knees, but everything is getting stronger! I signed up for a 4 mile run in 3 weeks so I need to get stronger and have more endurance by then, which I'm sure I will. Wish me luck.
