Day 45 Max Interval Plyo







Hey everyone,



Sorry for not blogging for the past few days but I have been on vacation and 2 days ago I sprained a muscle in my inner thigh/groin area and was unable to workout for the past few days. Today I got back into it though, with some max interval plyo. I took it really slow but it feels so good to do it. There are only 2 1/2 more weeks of Insanity until I reach my goal date and start the whole process over again. As you can all see, my results are amazing and I recommend this program for anyone.
