Starting off week 2 strong! I feel like I'm getting stronger but at the same time I need to work on my form. The exercises for today were: suicides, switch kicks, wide football sprints, stance jacks, pedals, hooks and jump rope, power jacks, level 2 drills, frog jumps, power knees, mountain climbers, ski down, scissor runs, suicide jumps and push up jacks.
